A library floor plate sized to a basketball court — liftable where land is scarce. Without a preferred front, the raised bulk is approachable from every direction; pitched-roof clusters admit light and view, and the open ground floor awaits later enclosure.
圖書館樓板以籃球場尺寸為限，在用地不足時可置於球場之上。建築無固定正面，抬升主體四面可達；簇集坡屋頂引入光線與景觀，地面架空留待日後加建。
