Practice & Services

Fan and Associates (FAA) is a Hong Kong multi-disciplinary design practice. Founded in 2004 as Studio Zhai and renamed Fan and Associates in June 2026, our work covers architecture, interior design, art installation, event planning and design, and industrial design.

Open Hand Project Limited (OHP) is our construction and manufacturing arm, established in 2020. OHP supports delivery on education, heritage, and public-realm related builds alongside FAA's design practice. (OHP website: https://www.ohp.hk  currently under construction.)
